Simple Guacamole

Nothing better than a simple, tasty classic


1 avocado, mashed
1 medium tomato, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
3 green onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tbsp lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours before jumping in.

Tasty not only on tortilla chips, but also as a sandwich spread, on rice cakes and pita wedges or as a veggie dip.
