Easy and full of flavour, just the way I like it
SAUTÉED CRIMINI MUSHROOMS
4 cups crimini mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 tbsp safflower oil
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp dried basil
½ tbsp black pepper
½ tbsp kosher salt
Pre-heat large skillet over medium heat
Toss mushrooms in oil with hands
Add in spices and toss again with hands
Let sit about 10 minutes before adding to pan
Sauté for 15 minutes or until mushrooms are evenly browned and tender
